Halfway Through the Journey: Bold Pipe Industry 2026 Successfully Concludes H1 Review Meeting

A new chapter begins in midsummer, built on hard work and vision. To comprehensively review H1 performance, identify growth gaps, honor top achievers, and set the course for the second half, Boday Pipe & Fittings 2026 Semi-Annual Review Conference was held on 7/7. Company leadership, key staff from all departments, and outstanding employee representatives gathered to attend.

The awards ceremony recognized the Sales Star, Dedication Star, Newcomer Star, Overseas Business Development Award, Communication Star, Safety Production Award, Outstanding Team Leader, and Outstanding Team. Certificates and rewards were presented to individual and group winners in order.

The Chairman affirmed the company's performance in the first half of the year and outlined key priorities for the second half, taking into account current market conditions in the piping industry. He encouraged all Broad colleagues to learn from top performers, execute the second-half plan systematically, strengthen accountability, and steadily achieve annual business targets.

Looking back, we move forward with renewed strength. Colleagues, 2026 has been another extraordinary year. Macroeconomic conditions remain complex and volatile, while industry dynamics are rapidly reshaping. We achieved notable progress in the first half, yet significant challenges also came to light. The second half is a critical phase for delivering our annual targets.
